Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Requirements To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
How to Start a Return To initiate a return, please contact us at fitxtreme042@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back to us.
Important: Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong product, contact us right away at fitxtreme042@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
- Resistance bands, yoga mats, or other items that have been in direct contact with skin
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards

Exchanges We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it following our return process, and once approved, place a new order for the item you'd like.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
